Digital systems · Costa Rica / LATAM
A business is already a system.
We build the systems businesses run on.
People, customers, information, decisions and money are already connected, whether the software around them knows it or not.

01Look closer
A customer acts
An order arrives from the website. Someone has to make room for it: a message to the field, a line on the delivery board.
02Look closer
Information moves
The order becomes an invoice. The invoice touches the stock. Each step is typed again by a person.
03Look closer
A decision depends on something elsewhere
Whether to deliver on Saturdays depends on the board, the collections and a stock count that live in three different places.
04Look closer
Technology can add another layer of complexity. Or it can make the business more capable.
The problem is rarely one isolated tool. It is how the parts work together.
How Dimerso looks at a business
Immersion before prescription.
Before deciding what technology belongs in a business, we get close to the real operation: what people actually do, where information begins and where it gets lost, what already works, and where software would create leverage instead of another layer.
About DimersoWhat that looks like in real businesses

Hortiluma
An operation, from the inside
Hortiluma, a produce store in San Antonio de Belén, runs its day on Farol: electronic invoicing, point of sale, orders and its online store.
It belongs to the same family behind Dimerso. We say it here, not in a footnote: it is an operation we know from the inside.

The same business, from five sides.
Before deciding anything, we look at the same Thursday order from each side. Not a scorecard.
What belongs
What changes when it belongs.
Only after looking do we decide what technology belongs, and what does not. Each response is the same business after one decision.

Nothing newWork becomes evidence
What we entered, and what changed.
Three real businesses, each used for what it actually proves.
Hortiluma
An operation, from the inside
In production
- Electronic invoicingInvoices and tickets to Hacienda
- Point of saleSales at the counter
- OrdersCustomer orders, received and coordinated
- StoreCatalogue and orders on its own site
Hortiluma belongs to the same family behind Dimerso and Farol. That is why we can show it from the inside, and why we hold it to a stricter standard.
- What we entered
- A produce store: fruit, vegetables, groceries and meat sold across a counter, customer orders to coordinate, and electronic invoicing to Hacienda.
- What we noticed
- Selling at the counter, invoicing, taking orders and saying what is in stock share one day, and touch the same products.
- What we decided
- One system the counter, the invoice, the orders and the catalogue could all read.
- What we made
- Farol, running the store.
- What changed
- The store runs on Farol every day, in production, not in a pilot. We do not publish its sales, margins or customers: those are the business's own, and not what we measured.
BeautyBox
A customer-facing experience
- What we noticed
- The weak point was customer-facing: the distance between discovering a service and reserving it.
- What changed
- A public booking flow, built around its services and locations, that takes a customer from a service to a reservation. Live and in use.
KMR Legal
A professional presence, in two languages
- What we noticed
- From outside, its services and the ways to reach it were not structured for someone arriving for the first time.
- What changed
- A bilingual public site that structures the firm’s services and gives a first-time visitor direct ways to make contact. Live.
When a pattern becomes a product
Sometimes the same pattern appears often enough that it deserves its own system.
Most of what we build belongs to one business.
Farol
Your operations, invoicing and collections in one connected system.
A sale at the counter, an invoice for Hacienda, a stock count and a collection, kept in step by hand. Seen in one growing business after another in Costa Rica.
Booka
Infrastructure for businesses that live and die by appointments and bookings.
A customer finds a service, a place and a time; the business has to make room for it. Seen while building booking experiences for clients.
Continuous evolution
The business keeps changing. The system has to keep up.
A first version is where the relationship starts, not where the project ends.

04 / 04What stays.
01
In use.
The first complete version runs the day: an order becomes an invoice, the invoice moves the stock, collections know what is owed. One count, everywhere it is read.
02
The business changes.
Saturdays open. Deliveries turn into a route. A second person starts taking orders. None of this was in the first version, because none of it existed yet.
03
The system changes with it.
The route gets its own sheet, fed by the same orders. One thing added where the work moved. Nothing rebuilt, nothing re-typed.
04
What stays.
The team decides with what the system shows, and the system reads what the team does.
Leave the business more capable.
