Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email, phone (optional), and message you send us. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.

Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a form-management service. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io.

When a business uses a Dimerso assistant, we receive the messages its customers send it on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, together with the data the platform shares so they can be answered: the account number or identifier, the profile name and the content of the conversation. We handle this data on behalf of the business that owns the account.

We use it only to receive and answer those messages and so the business's staff can see their conversations. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with other clients.

To generate replies, the content of the conversation is processed by AI providers engaged by Dimerso (currently DeepInfra, Anthropic and OpenAI), which process it on Dimerso's behalf to produce the reply.

You can ask us to delete the data from your conversations by writing to privacidad@dimerso.com. The steps are at dimerso.com/en/data-deletion.

This site uses no advertising cookies. It only uses analytics cookies if you accept them (explained in the next section). If you explicitly choose the light or dark theme, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage; it is never sent to a server, and choosing "System" clears it.

The field log in the footer keeps the species and pieces you find in the same local storage, so they are still there when you come back. It never leaves your browser either, and clearing this site's data erases it.

If you turn on the optional sound, that choice is saved in the same local storage so the site can offer to resume it next time; it never plays on its own and never leaves your browser. Turning sound off clears it.

Your answer to the analytics cookie notice is kept there too, so we do not ask on every visit.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors across sites or days, and it works the same whether or not you accept the notice.

If you accept it in the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics to understand better how the site is used: which pages are visited, from what kind of device, and how many people use WhatsApp or the form to ask for the diagnostic. Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser (the ones starting with _ga) to recognise a returning visit. We never send it your name, email, phone or what you write in the form, and its advertising features are turned off.

If you do not accept, or until you answer, Google Analytics does not load and this site stores no Google cookies.

You can change your answer at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the foot of every page. If you withdraw it, we stop using Google Analytics and delete the _ga cookies this site had stored. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which may log basic technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) required to operate the service.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hola@dimerso.com. We respond as soon as possible.
