Applied AI
Are you using AI the right way?
Most businesses use AI as a loose chat: copy, paste, retype. The value shows up when AI works with your data and your processes, inside your operation, and a person confirms what matters.
A quick check
How to tell where you stand.
Not yet, if…
- You copy into a chat what is already in your systems.
- Everyone uses it their own way and nobody knows what information they share.
- The answers stay in a conversation and change nothing in your operation.
- You pay for tools nobody finished setting up.
On track, if…
- AI reads your information where it already lives: orders, calendar, invoices.
- It does a whole task and a person confirms what matters.
- You know what data it uses, who sees it and which provider handles it.
- You can say how much time it gives you back each week.
In real businesses
What AI already does today.
Orders that arrive in every format.
Its customers send orders as PDFs, as Excel files or from their own systems, each with its purchase order or quote number. Farol’s AI reads them, matches them to the invoice and gets the week’s dispatch guides ready. What took 6 to 10 hours every week now takes minutes.

Delfín, our AI assistant, answers, books and hands the conversation to a person when it should, connected to the business’s calendar. A client has already approved it, and it goes live as soon as Meta enables the account.

Where AI is not the answer.
If the process is not clear yet.
AI would only make it faster to do it wrong. We put it in order first; sometimes that alone solves the problem.
If the volume is small.
A good spreadsheet or a simple automation can be enough, and it costs less to keep running.
If the decision needs your judgement.
AI can prepare the information and suggest; the decision stays with a person.
What people ask us most
Your questions, answered.
What is worth knowing before you put AI to work in your business.
Where does my data go?
Only where the task needs it. To generate replies we use AI providers engaged by Dimerso (currently DeepInfra, Anthropic and OpenAI), which process the information on our behalf, and we name them in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Will it replace my people?
That is not the idea. AI takes the repetitive work, like typing up orders or answering the same question all day, and your team keeps what needs judgement. A person can always review and take over.
What if it gets something wrong?
It can, so we design it with limits: it answers only with the information you give us, a person confirms what matters, and when it does not know something it hands the conversation to your team.
Is it expensive?
It depends on what makes sense for your business, and often what makes sense is small. The diagnostic is free, and if AI is not worth it in your case, we tell you.
Where do I start?
With the free diagnostic: a 30 to 45 minute call to understand how you work, then a written recommendation of where AI really helps, what is worth automating and what is not.
Start with your operation
Let’s see where AI really helps you.
Tell us how you work today. In the diagnostic we tell you, honestly and in writing, where AI is worth it, where something simpler is enough, and where to start.

Before the AI
First we understand your operation. Then we choose the tool.
